...And Then There Was Light!
is a documentary made by Ratu Bagus students An Brone and Leo Antinozzi. It is a wonderful introduction to the Bio Energy Meditation Practise of Ratu Bagus.
The story is told by practitioners who share their experiences and understanding of what this light work means to them. These insights are gathered from people, some new to the practice, some with longer experience.
What is created is a picture of the infinite ways the energy can enhance our lives when we work in harmony with it, as well as an insight into the ways the energy can feel and it's effects. With demonstrations of Ratu working with the energy and sharing some poigent teachings this DVD is a perfect tool for those who are considering experiencing this practise for themselves and would like to know more.
