Kayo Wins Passport to Paradise

Kayo wins Passport to Paradise!'Passport to Paradise started as an inspiration plucked from the ether, with a list of many positive benefits. Up to that point, some of us had already taken advantage of experiencing several of the groups available around the London area and remarked at how lucky we were to have this incredible support network and were able to experience really strong sessions with a whole family of lovely shakers.

It was something that we hoped other shakers would be able to join in with, so the impossible became possible...a concentrated two week period to focus our efforts and really make a go of it...the goal: to visit at least 5 different groups in that fortnight to be part of a final draw. The prize of £500, drawn from donations from each group, gave the lucky winner a possibility of going to a retreat or putting the money towards a Bali flight.

During this time, other groups around the country became part of the network, the group shakes swelled and the collective energy was electric. Shakers we hadn't seen in our groups for a while came across country to visit and it was great to catch up with old and new friends and remember the strong sense of family and connection we all have. For some it was like a mini retreat and they were able to clear out blocks and charge up their 'soul batteries' Our aim is to hold these events twice a year and our hope is to spread the energy into the many new burgeoning groups until we have a complete network of light across the UK and eventually across Europe. It's an indication of how easily this can be done if we all say Yes and just do it! Love Abi

GUESS WHAT??? I JUST WON £500!!!
I Guess I'm going to Bali this year after all!Kayo sings for Ratu in Rome

Here in UK the shaking groups did something called Passport to Paradise. We had 10 days to shake in 5 different shaking groups around London & South East. Paper passports were handed out to all that wanted to play. Each centre that was in the game had a cute little stamp.

This game was really great fun. I got to shake in so many centres I never have otherwise visited. It felt like a mini retreat.

It was great to see friendly, welcoming faces everywhere I went.

(Many those faces I hadn't seen since the retreat in Rome

Visiting Hastings was like a much needed mini break. Plenty of sea-fresh air. Perfect for the land-locked city shakers like me.

At the time of the Paradise shakes I had been given 'process leave' by my doctor and this meant that I could join in the shake-game. Under my normal working commitments I don't think I could have taken part.
...It seems that everything worked out for the best!

For me, shaking the whole week through was really the best thing.

Shaking has so many benefits and, if nothing else it is one of the most powerful stress busters I have come across.

I've been shaking for exactly one year now (almost to the date of the draw).
Although this is not a long time, I can still say that the Passport to Paradise was a genius idea. The word on the ground is that everyone just loved it and....

OH MY GOSH!!!!
I just won it!!!!

All I can say is 4 words
VISUALISE, VISUALISE, VISUALISE..(and then), RELEASE. The rest is up to the universe.

Thanks to everyone who has made this possible for me and a 'big up' to everyone who is playing the game of love & light.

MAY THE FUNK BE WITH YOU.

Peace & Light
