Malvern Retreat July 2009

Congratulations to the Malvern group who hosted a wonderful Shaking Weekend at Kinnersley Castle near Hereford.

A group of Shakers from all over the UK came together to share some beautiful times.With three shaking sessions each day, evening meditations, DVD watching, a birthday party and some heartfelt sharing, it was an event that seemed to firmly remind everybody what a gift this practice is.

A particular welcome was given to those that were trying shaking for the first time, and some who were attending their first retreat. Connecting with these people and hearing their beautiful experiences was confirmation of the value of these get- togethers.

Everyone seemed to really relish the fun and feeling of community that was created, with a calling to the Malvern group to put a date for another event in the diary ASAP.
