Shaking is one of the worlds's oldest traditions. Most of us have blocks where the energy does not freely flow within our body and our life. Shaking with Ratu's energy transmission awakens the Sacred Fire within us, our blocks react and the result is healing process. This process may manifest as spontaneous emotional release, laughter or ecstatic movement as these energies clear and leave the body and deep healing occurs. There are many testimonies from people that have reported clearing various life-threatening illnesses.

Sometimes the Sacred Fire comes through us as Laughter Medicine, laughing with the energy and not the mind. This medicine is very powerful and very healing and Ratu's retreats are often filled with the sound of uncontrollable laughter.

Since September 2008 a very special light phenomenon has arisen in many photographs taken by a variety of digital cameras. Wherever Ratu and his students stay, many light balls of different colours and size have become visible. Ratu explains these orbs as planetary energies which have come down to the Earth.
