Manfred and Kamini and other experienced shakers will be holding a Shaking Retreat at the Osho Leela Centre in Dorset .
It's possible to do 4, 3 or 2 days + nights, or just one day 10.30 am to 10 pm This will be a retreat held from Friday evening to Tuesday afternoon, starting on Friday
with dinner at 7pm, then introduction and a short shake. On the last day we end after lunch for those who need to leave early or about 4pm for those who can stay on for one more shake. I day 10.30am - 10pm £35

A Shaking retreat is an opportunity to give yourself a real chance to experience the benefits and intensity of Shaking Meditation. It is suitable for total beginners as well as those familiar with the practice. It is powerfully cleansing and healing on all levels - physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual. And it's fun! The schedule is three 2-hour shaking sessions per day. Prices include lovely vegetarian food, dormitory accommodation (other types of rooms are available, please enquire).
Daily schedule Sessions: 6-8am, 11.00am - 1.00pm, 4.30-6.30pm, Meditation and Sharing: 8pm These retreats are held several times a year at Leela and are particularly good for new people as you get a lot of explanation about the practice, healing processes, retreats with Ratu, etc etc. The retreats are great for experienced shakers too, as you can have an intense experience in several days of a residential retreat, and it's also a heart-warming opportunity to share and support newcomers to the practice.
The venue is Osho Leela, also known as the Leela Centre, on the outskirts of Gillingham in north Dorset, 2 hours by train from London Waterloo. The main house is set in beautiful grounds which include camping facilities; it is a wonderful place to get away from daily routines and enjoy an intense shaking retreat.
