The Venue

Cadzand is located just over the border Belgium/Netherlands. The polders and the sea are in walking distance from the venue.

Our accommodation, Cadzandië, is surrounded by a 3ha garden and lots of nature reserve. It is a place where you can walk endlessly and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. For sure you will find the perfect spot where you can quietly meditate. It is a place where already much energy work has been done.

The hall where we shake is separate from the other buildings. The taman is in a big hall with a wooden floor. From the taman you can look over the nature reserve and will be able to see birds in their flight. Near the taman is a sitting area where coffee and tea are available throughout the day.

In between the shakes there is the possibility for walking or going to the sea.


There are only rooms for 2 or 3 persons. Toilet and showers are separate from the rooms.

Bed sheets are supplied, as well as pillows, blankets and pillow cases.
There are no towels provided! Please bring your own.


The dishes are exclusively vegetarian. After each shake a meal is provided.
All day tea, water, fruit and cookies are available.
Special diets are possible on request (Please let us know in time !)

Please note: People who book but don’t come to the retreat without warning us in advance of their absence will have to pay for the cost.

Practical things:

-don’t forget to bring your own towels! Towels are not provided!

-don’t forget to bring boots or hiking shoes for the walks in between the shakes. It is a good idea to bring an umbrella.

-for the meditations: bring your meditation cushion or blanket to sit on.
